Community Yoga

  • Beginners Yoga in Brayton (Tuesdays, 10-11am @ St Wilfrids Parish Hall, Brayton)

Flowing, invitational movement that empowers you to feel safe, strong, flexible and comfortable in your body.  Our community classes are open to all levels of yoga experience, include a range and variety of dynamic movement, mindful meditation and opportunity to rest. 

Pregnancy Yoga

  • Pregnancy Yoga in York (Tuesdays, 7:30-9pm @ The Stables Yoga Centre, York + online)
  • Selby Pregnancy Yoga (Saturdays, 10:45am – 12noon @ Communitea, Selby)

Dedicated time each week for you, your baby and your pregnancy journey. We explore movement to help you to feel comfortable, strong and flexible in your body; breath techniques to centre your mind and feel calm and in control; and deep relaxation to soften and release, body, heart + soul.

Our classes are always warm and friendly; zero expectation or judgment. Space to share and support one another, learn breath, meditation and movement techniques that can help to ease niggles and tension and support you in your pregnancy, birth and beyond.  No previous yoga experience required. 

Postnatal yoga

  • Mondays, 11am-12:30pm @ The Stables Yoga Centre, York + online
  • Wednesdays, 11am-12:30pm @ The Stables Yoga Centre, York + online

Our Postnatal Yoga classes are a lovely way to get out, stretch and find friendship, support, and maybe even a new perspective – especially in those intense early days, weeks and months! 

Our classes are a zero judgement, come as you (and your baby) are, supportive and caring space each week to call your own.  A gentle reintroduction to movement that feels nourishing for your body, and is safe, strengthening and restorative for your core and pelvic floor.
